Every session is tailored to you and your body. You can expect every session to be slightly different than the last. Best described as a unique blend of Swedish, Lomi Lomi, deep tissue, and lymphatic drainage paired with perfectly timed pressure, and long, firm yet nurturing strokes.

BODY SCRUB

+ $30

Your choice of a Himalayan salt scrub or sugar scrub. Salt being more coarse for heavy exfoliation along with anti inflamitory properties. Sugar being a lighter exfoliation for more of a feel good- smell good experience. I find blending the two is the perfect combo, feel free to request both! The scrub is incorporated into the massage and removed with hot towels. Shower is optional after the session as well.

STONE THERAPY

Hand picked from the Salt River, these stones are charged with the wholesome Arizona sun. Heated up to 120 degrees, they provide deep muscle penetration, loosening them for a thorough massage.
